Cathedral Geodes

Air pockets trapped in volcanic lava. Inside these bubbles beautiful crystals of Amethyst have grown, creating Ametyst Cathedrals. They vary in price from about £50 to £2000 for this huge one below. It is about 125kg which is about 18 stones in weigth.

This is the point from a larger broken cathedral. The bottom is not smooth. This comes with a deep purple velvet cushion to stand on. The base of a geode often is a large proportion of the weight so this is very light for its size. For its size I think £99 pounds is a steal.

The crystals are a slightly different colour to the Brazilian Amethyst. They are also more regularly sized and tighter.

This one has a large calcite crystal in the middle with quartz sparkle to its surface.

Amethyst Table

This is our big amethyst table at about 125 kg or 18 Stones.It contains Amethyst and the white crystals you can see are Calcite. There are also some small Quartz points in there. It was excavated in Brazil.

In the shop it has a glass table top (not shown).

This particular one is only available to the UK mainland I'm afraid. Price £2000.00
